Preparation before Perspiration.

Pre-Construction. Land is Limited coordinates with the Owner, Architect, and Contractor to plan and schedule pre-construction tasks. These range from compliance issues such as mitigation measures and conditions of approval to procurement tasks such as RFPs, proposals, contracts, and value engineering.

We’ll get you prepared for Construction... and foster a constructive relationship with all of the Stakeholders.

Site Preparation. We coordinate with the Owner, Contractor, and Government Officials to get the site ready for construction, managing relocation of existing operations, environmental testing and evaluations, project staging, demolition, and the ever-complicated wet and dry utilities.
